ADDictION!

They say never be ADDICTED...
It kills... What do you do when you are habituated to certain things or people in life.. Several people cross your life with several experiences to leave those trivial but significant memories. Saying FORGET SOMETHING is relatively EASY but FORGET SOMEONE is difficult. When you are that socialite trying to balance every little parameter you tend to lose out on many things or people. Let me narrate some of those instances where you can typically relate to :
1. You try to pacify your BOSS who accidentally happens to be a HITLER and your very own friend is pissed off by his/her behaviour. You understand their positions and give due respect to each of them. But your well being to both appears to be diplomacy for BOTH!

2. You try to balance your daily chores at home and work and all you get after hours of efforts on either sides is " You could have done a better job."

3. Relationships try to deceive you in all possible paths . You want to befriend some personality who is really respectable but your friend/s being over possessive taunt/s you and leave/s you with A HEAVY GUILT heart.

4. You wait for your friend days together on the chat and all you get is a couple of SORRYs . But if you were to do the same you are nonreciprocating about your friend's existence.

5. You wanna go to that dance class very badly because you have a liking to SALSA whereas your friend tries to emotionally blackmail you that HE can't accompany you and you obviously being a good gal won't indulge for partner look outs.

6. You put in that extra edge every time you think you can but appreciation is never on your cards .. leave alone ACKNOWLEDGEMENT!!!

7. You try to cook up 10000000 excuses to your boss and finally when you plan for your friends all you get is SORRY .. can't come ... too much of work!!

8. You being in that frustrated or emotional mood want to vent off that feeling but your friend/s say WHY ME ??? But when they are undergoing the same thing you are EXPECTED to be supportive and caring.

9. You try to make your friend's day by talking all the good things about him/her and all you hear is CAN'T YOU UNDERSTAND.. IT IRRITATES!

10. This one is the best ... At job you try to point out some severe bugs and all you attract is a couple of dissatisfaction of some people , anger , ego hassles and whole lot of grudges!!

Most of us am sure would have undergone at least one of these things.. or lemme assume the WORST CASE SCENARIO ( technical jargon.. can't help buddy.. Comes BY DEFAULT!!) ALL OF THEM. Its difficult to cope up with things rising on our shoulders both at work place and in your personal lives. What happens when tensions crop up or when pressures force things to bend in all possible directions ? The answer to these set of questions lies within us.

Have you ever thought what life would have been had you not given too much of a thought on life's petty issues. If someone has to be angry over some reason and the anger is meant t be meted out on you , why don't you rebel positively so that the person understands that you are not a showpiece where anyone can come anytime and just pour the negatives.. you are not meant to be one. Hence Try and understand that your existence surely matters a lot to NOT just others but to yourself as well. You need not think or act according to others always .. DO so but define your limits else people will never refrain from taking undue advantage. More importantly DO IT FOR PEOPLE WHO DESERVE YOU not for every TOM DICK AND HARRY!

Addiction is extremely encouraging at times but equally deteoriative when things go out of control. Learn to measure the intensity of how much to give . Act practically. You are not that SAINT who can just take things in and out and still expect nothing out of people. Do it for things that your think are going to make sense. Do it for people who make sense as well else your efforts no matter to what extent they might be are finally transformed into airs of insensibility.
Be non judgmental for certain things but restrict yourself SOMEWHERE . Your giving makes a little sense for others although it ACTUALLY means a LOT.

Get addicted to life's best things that do not harm you in any way . Live Life for others but for them whose existence brings the best out of your addiction.
